RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Lessor hereby rents the vehicle described overleaf (herein called <<the vehicle>>)subject to all the terms and conditions herein, the renter acknowleding these terms and condutions, rents the vehicle.

1. a) Minimun rental 1 day. Each additional hour up to 3 hours will be charged at 1/3 of the rate applied. Any fraction in excess of 3 hours will be computed as a full day.

2.The vehicle shall not be operated:
a) to transport goods in violation of Customs regulations or in any other illegal manner.
b) to carry passengers or property, openly or secretly which is considered illegal
c) to tow any vehicle or trailer without the consent of lessor.
d) in motor sport events (including racing, speed determination, , rallying, or speed testing)
e) outside of Turkey without the express agreement of lessor.
f) to drive on roads not suitable for normal vehicle traffic.
g) to exceed the limits established by the manufactuer for the number of passangers and and/or load capacity to be carried in the vehicle

3.The renter is personally liable to pay lessor on demand
a) a mileage charge computed at the rate specified overleaf for the milleage made by the vehicle during this rental (the number of kilometres over which the vehicle is operated shall be determined by reading odometer installed by the manufactuer, if the odometer fails the mileage charge shall be made in accordance with the road map distance of the journey travelled.)
b) the collission damage waiver premium (by day), personal accident insurance fee, if any and miscellaneous charges at the rates specifled overleaf.
c) Value added tax and all taxes(if any)payable on items(a), (b), (c)
d) Lessors costs incurred collecting payments due from renter hereunder

4.
a) Insurance does not cover the damages due to misuse of the car, tyre punctures, wind screen or headlight breakages, theft of spare tyre or private property of the renter.
b) The renter shall not be liable for normal damages to the vehicle which it is protected against by a full damage (casko) insurance policy. However the renter shall be liable to pay for the damages which are not refunded  under the insurance policy by reason of the renters non compliance with the terms and conditions of the full insurance(casko)policy.

5. Renter shall obtain insurance cover up to the amount specified in open personal accident insurance policy arranged by lessor with its own insurance company, and under terms described in the brochure, obtainable from rental office provided, the renter purchases the same by intialling the space provided overleaf and pays the insurance Premium.

6. The renter hereby releases the lessor from the liability for loss or damage to any property (including costs created thereafera) left stored or tranported by the renter or any other person in or upon the vehicle before or during this rental or after the return of the vehicle to lessor.

7. In case of any breakdown of the vehicle the renter shall immediately notify the nearest BODRUM Rentacar Station, repair costs are refundable only when prior permission is obtained from BODRUM Rentacar Station.

8. This agreement remains valid for any additions to the extension of the rental period agreed by the lessor in respect or any replacement vehicle rented in lieu of the vehicle.

9. The renter hereby authorizes SPM Ltd. to collect the rent to be paid as well as the total amount of the costs that should be paid to cover physical losses and damages of third parties in case of an accident occurrence in the period of renting, in case of not following the conditions of automobile insurance, and in the case of following the conditions of automobile insurance , and again issued traffic fines for the vehicle together with overdue payments in renting period even thought they are automatically paid via the renters credit card stated on the first page of this Rental contract

10. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be referred to the BODRUM-MUGLA Courts and Bailiffs Courts, to be be resolved under Turkish laws.
